Rahman “Roc” Muhammed grew up on the southside of Chicago. At the age of 20 went to school for Chef training and restaurant management. After working for many years in the hospitality industry he went on the road to be a door to door salesman. After battling addiction from the age of 9 years old until age 45, in and out of jail and homelessness Roc experiences a moment of clarity that brought him into Alcoholics Anonymous and a life of recovery. Today Roc finds strength each day to set an example and help others live their best life.
